Cancellation Policy

Full amount will be refunded if cancelled before 30 days of scheduled arrival — only nominal charges will be deducted.
50% retention charges if cancelled before 15 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 30 days).
100% retention charges if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival. After check-in, any cancellation for the same day or next day requires full payment as per the current tariff.
No refund will be provided on booking of extra beds if cancelled individually. Changes in dates, guest name, or category of rooms will be treated as a cancellation.

Guest ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at the time of booking. Kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, electronics/laptops, photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, works of art and precious metals are carried at the guest's own risk.
The vehicles used for transfers shall not be at the sole disposal of the guest.
